Characteristics:
When applied inline with VEGRA UV Coating 1038, this matt finish oil print coating will provide a different look (matt effect, pearl grain effect) of the UV coating.
Oil Print Coating 3606 shows a stabilized gel structure and guarantees a better water balance.
Application:
Exceptional gloss-matt effects are achived by inline application of hybrid inks, Oil Print Coating 3606 and VEGRA UV Coating VP 1038.
Application Mode:
Via inking system on sheet fed printing machines.
Amount Required:
~1 g/m² for printing machines
Viscosity Supplied:
10 - 100 Pas
Piling Properties:
Good piling properties, low aftertacking
Drying Methods:
Oxidized drying, becoming non-tacky very quickly
Specific Weight:
1.0 kg/l
Special Precautions:
Protect from frost and temperatures above 35°C (sunlight, radiator etc.)!
