UV Coatings MFA2 for Package Printing
Low-migration UV Coatings MFA2 were especially developed for packagings. The coatings are low-odour, neutral in taste and free of yellowing.
VP 1038 MFA2: for inline coating of hybrid printing inks over the coating unit ("distorted grain gloss coating") as well as over the inking unit; low glidability
VP 1040 MFA2: for high gloss coating of paper, carton, foil and various synthetics; high glidability
VP 10169 MFA2: flexible, for coating of covers; high glidability

Effect Additive VP 10010:
By adding Effect Additive VP 10010 to UV and hybrid inks you can achieve a "wrinkle effect" ("leatherlike effect") when applied inline with UV Coating VP 1038 MFA2.
1) We recommend practical tests for suitability.
2) Stamping foil recommendation: 6023 AMY by Oeser. Due to the big variety of qualites available, tests in practice are absolutely necessary.
