UV CoatingsUV Coatings offer the following advantages:
Special UV Coatings: VP 1038: for inline coating of hybrid printing inks over the coating unit ("distorted grain gloss coating"); can also be applied over the inking unit after adjustment of the viscosity; low glidability VP 1040: for high gloss coating of paper, carton and various plastics; high glidability VP 10169: flexible, for coating of covers; high glidability E 450: UV silk screen print coating; high glidability Effect Additive VP 10010: By adding Effect Additive VP 10010 to a special ink you can achieve a "wrinkle effect" ("leatherlike effect") when applied inline with UV Coating VP 1038.
1) We recommend practical tests for suitability.
2) Stamping foil recommendation: 6023 AMY by Oeser.
